La Fleur de Thym opened May 20, 2004 in the center of Houffalize, Ardennes and charming little town just moved to 1 July 2010 1 km from the center.

The restaurant is more spacious but intimate. The restaurant's name comes from our love of Provence because it fits with our way of cooking. Here we like oils, herbs, risotto, the flavors and scents of the South but also the foie gras and game in season. Our cuisine is punctuated with the seasons. As aperitif, we offer a cava flavored liqueur thyme.

The restaurant was awarded a Bib Gourmand in 2007, 2008 and 2009 Michelin is the only restaurant to have this award in the region.
