In 2005, the owner and creator of the Villa Medici embarked on a new adventure. Accompanied by the team that made the reputation of the Villa, Dominica Addazio opened the Gavius.

The Gavius is both an Italian restaurant and a world in itself. Once through the door you are greeted by both sides by stunning chairs, themselves surrounded by beautiful shelves filled with books and various objects. Intimacy is created even though it is still not at the table.

A few steps further, into the room, the soft light and simply furnished, resolutely contemporary and tasteful (signed Antoine Pinto) extend the feeling of well-being.

The map, a large, varied, gives pride to the typical Italian products (some of which can also be purchased on site).

Imaginative, inventive, often unique, the cuisine of Gavius proposed (re) discover authentic dishes, made with quality products.
