CO2 is more than a restaurant is a modern space with trendy decor and peps that offers numerous dining options, light meal or gastronomic experience, aperitif, coffee break, pause playback reading room, meals business, family orbe friends in our private room that can acueille 26 people.Separated by a large bay window of the garage, CO2 was designed as an apartment with a dining room, lounge and large kitchen open to the dining area.

When one walks through the door, it is impossible not to notice themonumental chandelier in the living room that reflects a warm red light in perfect harmony with the atmosphere that prevails there.

The furnace: Fabrice Rocheteau, offers a creative menu with southern flavors, like the place: friendly, original and refined.

The fresh red beets, goat cheese, arugula walnut oil.

The carpaccio of veal and oyster leaves, vinaigrette tonato.

The black pudding Christian Parra, like the inn of Galup.

Flat

Burger duck, and mushrooms tartufata eringui, potato chips and sweet potato.

Tab veal pan-fried, pickled shallots in red wine, apple Darphin.

Roast cod on the skin, and ginger carota, churos crispy potato and sweet potato.

Salad Nicoise as in Provence, just pave bluefin tuna entered and poached egg.

Large ravioli with vegetables as a bagnat Nice.

Desserts:

White chocolate & black long.

Crisp raspberry, white chocolate mousse.

Crumble plums and hazelnuts, vanilla ice cream bourbon.
