Chef cook-Bernard "Bolle Baudewijns has its new home carefully chosen. Bistro 'Steendam 66' are on the same address, in a historic, high-rise building in the historic city of Ghent belt around, walk a stone's throw from downtown. Once inside, you find yourself a neighbor of the Paris Eiffel Tower. The Parisian bistro taste in every detail the French atmosphere, not only in the interior, even on your plate. Sociability is the greatest asset of this delicate matter, which can accommodate 24 guests. "I deliberately chose small scale," says chef-cook Bernard. "This allows my colleagues and I all guests, without exception, operate in a highly personal way." The chef shares his secrets also enjoys working with his guests, for while enjoying an aperitif or a delightful glass of wine, you see him at work in his kitchen.
