In 2003 Luc Baufays created "Le Mas des Cigales", this charming restaurant housed in a small country home, leaning against a hillock green, which reminds us of a "mas" in southern France.
Chef Luc Baufays was winner of culinary "Ombiaux of Mauritius in 1984. He won a title of "Master Chef of Belgium" in 1985. His route took him in prestigious houses such as the "HOUSE OF MOUTH STONE ROMEYER" Hoeilaart and "DEN BIJGAARDEN" Grand-Bigard. Then he lighted the furnaces of the "Relais du Roy Louis" in Malonne where, for nearly 15 years, he did appreciate the quality of his art.
