Maharaja Garden offers more of a traditional Indian context and as its name suggests a restaurant garden - terrace in season.

Crispy small triangular pads, stuffed with potato, peas,
cashew and pistachio crushed fragrant cumin and fresh coriander.

Maharaja Mix Grill
Mixed grill placed in the tandoor (chicken tikka, boti kebab lamb
Tandoori chicken, sheek kebab and king prawns). All served on a bed of braised onions.
Accompaniment: basmati rice in the way of the Maharaja.

Lamb Korma
Traditional dish of kings Mughals. Diced lamb scented south, softened by
coconut, pistachios, cashews, raisins. All linked by the cream.

Moons of onion, spinach and potatoes, lightly spiced, breaded
a lentil flour and fried in oil. Served on a bed of salad

Tandoori Chicken
Chicken leg marinated in yogurt flavored with ginger and spices from the south.
Then grilled in the tandoor and served on a bed of braised onions and chicken curry
Diced chicken breast, cooked in a sauce of onions, aromatic spices (curry) and a touch of fresh tomatoes.

Artifice Sorbet "house specialty"
Sorbet with cinnamon and chili or mango sorbet with exotic semteurs

The most amazing food along with a marvellous ambience....feel like being in India only. Price looks to be perfect after when you move out having almost anything.. A super deluxe lunch or dinner experience.
