The restaurant is housed in a building from the 17th century and an other part of it should be the oldest house in Brussels, last vestige of a 15th century cloister Sainte Croix. Gaetan Colin takes the opportunity of a marvelous architecture with a very contemporary development to work in a kitchen open onto his public .
Gaëtan Colin is a young chef born in French Brabant, with an overflow of ideas! Running his own restaurant,he proposes a good contemporary cuisine you will surely appreciate.
He is member of "les Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe" and of the "Académie Culinaire de France".

You won't fint really a card but "tasted menus", reflecting the market, in 4, 6 or 9 courses for a very restricted public: only 25 covers maximum… It is necessary to make a reservation.

A carrying boy is at our disposal as well at noon as in the evening.
