On Waterstraat Schilde is the Water House. The recently renovated interior of this trendy case is based on friendliness, warmth and romance. 40 place settings of the restaurant is divided into three compartments, a stage with oak decorative ironwork, a wooden veranda overlooking the square central patio and our VIP table for 8 to 12 people.

In this restaurant you will find the manager (former student Hotelschool Koksijde) still get behind the stove in order to guarantee the quality of our extensive menu of suggestions and specialties such as grilled King crab legs, sitting flambé prawns sword, seafood, homemade terrine foie gras, oysters, fresh soles etc ...

In the ministry you will be pleasantly surprised by a warm welcome, attention to detail, an extensive list of classic French toppers and our new world wines.

During the summer we offer a cozy patio. Also we have a separate party room with veranda and fireplace for banquets, receptions, meetings, and funerals to 120 people.
