The chef Gert Jan Raven is one of the most acclaimed chefs from Belgium, including Best Chef of Belgium, Mandarine Napoleon and International Bocuse d'Or bronze in 1991. It celebrates its 40th anniversary of the kitchen. It was more than 35 years working in various renowned hotels in Belgium and two years after his own restaurant.
