Life is good for Mike Esposito and Remy Gelis, partners in this endeavor under the sun sign and joy. The former butcher their carefully laid out like a hostel for friends, they share the task with good humor, without stepping on toes, each with its territory. In the kitchen, Michael Esposito braid seasonal cuisine on the freshest ingredients, each dish with EACU &te, a proposal of wine available by the glass: vegetable tatin with goat cheese and basil, plays monkfish swimming creamy Saint-Jacques, grilled beef tenderloin sauce truffles and fondant potatoes. The cellar, between Provence and the Rhone, is very heavily commented, in the spirit of sharing that characterizes the house.
