Restaurant Caffè al Dente in Brussels | Book a table

Caffe al Dente comprises two entities: a restaurant osteria existing for ten years and a grocery-store room (negozio-enoteca) which opened in September 2010. Located in the shopping district du Parvis Saint-Pierre, he is at the heart of the commune of Uccle. At No. 87 Rue du Doyenne place the activities of the restaurant osteria. It is a cuisine based on authenticity and quality products. There is no card but a table of suggestions. The wine list has about four hundred references.

Communicating with the restaurant, the new place is divided into three parts: 1. Negozio: People sort of Italian groceries. 2. The counter-tasting: open kitchen with a wooden bar counter along the kitchen for tastings. 3. The Cellar has wines: A big table in height accommodating sixteen people will be installed around the boxes of wine. It has both a tasting area and a storage place.

The idea is to concentrate the three concepts in the same corner.
Before the two entities, an urban counter already exists with high tables and welcome aperitivo or other external events. Finally, initiatives and courses on wine and Italian products as well as two major annual wine tastings are organized.
