The setting of this former 17th century corporation house is superb. It includes a large fireplace and open fire which adds to the charm of the place. The kitchen prepares surprising meals with a Belgian accent. They are cooked with beer which is delicately present in specialities such as Salmon au Faro, Cod à la Blanche, Duck Breast à la Chouffe and Lamb Chops à la Grimbergen. The Rose Blanche also makes several French cuisine classics such as Steak Tartar, Prime Beef with Shallots, and Grilled Sole.
