In the shadow of the Cathedral, a historic site in 1725,is "De Engel Reddende" with typical cuisine of southern France.
Livers and ducks are directly imported from France and Tarbes beans (the only ones who do not sing). All preparations (terrines, duck confit, foliations, and pastries ice) are homemade.
Each day with enthusiasm and heart that we let our guests enjoy the hospitality and fine cuisine of our country. The passion and dedication and our skills in our work we have procured the culinary position where we are. A position which we are proud!
