The new design moved the Food Culture Museum to offer a cuisine revisited and dynamic.
Our menu in collaboration with Franck Mischler (2 Michelin stars, Alsace, France) and Luc Reversade (La Folie Douce, Val d'Isere, France) offers fresh, minimally processed and cooked correctly.
Food Culture showcases unique recipes that declines according to local desires, respecting local produce and a sense of season.
Our bistronomic is open every day except Saturday lunchtime, Sunday evening and Monday.
Our new team is open from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30, Friday and Saturday until 23:00 and Sundays from 12:00 to 15:00.
